Occupation profiles can reveal recurring skills, knowledge areas, and work activities. Look for capabilities that appear across your current work and an adjacent occupation you are considering.
Name the gaps
Transferable skills are only part of a transition. Preparation, credentials, tools, domain knowledge, physical requirements, and supervised experience may still differ substantially.
