AI is giving IT managers another enterprise to run
For computer and information systems managers, AI is unusual because it is both a productivity tool and a new class of technology that the organization expects IT to understand, secure, integrate, and govern. Coding assistants can accelerate development, support tools can draft answers, monitoring systems can surface anomalies, and generative AI can help teams search documentation or summarize incidents. The easy demo is not the hard part
